Fantastic location above Burriana Beach with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains in the best residential area of Nerja.

The house is distributed over two floors with a garden entrance with space for parking, terrace, pool and solarium.

On the upper floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and exclusive bathroom; and the other two bedrooms consist of two single beds each and a shared bathroom.

On the lower floor, next to the pool, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom with shower.

The pool is completely private with attached terrace, lawn and barbecue area.

An absolutely beautiful villa which made our holiday even greater! The villa was lovely and very peaceful with a great pool, gardens and beautiful mountain views - especially if you get up in time for sunrise. The villa is well equipped and clean with a great location.
