The Keizersgracht is located in the heart of the Center, parallel to the Prinsengracht and is one of the most iconic canals in the historic center of Amsterdam and offers a beautiful environment full of history and charm. The house is located in a very central location in the middle of "the nine streets", close to the Jordaan, the Elandsgracht and the Spui. In the area you will find many cozy restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shops and specialty shops. You can reach the Vondelpark within 4 minutes by bike.
The beautiful and bright living room with patio doors to the French balcony and open kitchen has a characteristic beamed ceiling and is located at the front of the house with a beautiful view over the Keizersgracht. The kitchen (Siematic) is equipped with various built-in appliances (Gaggenau), namely a microwave, oven, 4-burner gas stove, wok plate, double sink with mixer tap, Quooker, dishwasher and American refrigerator. The master bedroom is located at the rear through French doors. You reach the spacious south-facing terrace via the master bedroom. There is a separate toilet.
