This charming house has features that make this house a cozy and comfortable place to live in summer and winter; It combines Italian marble flooring with wooden floors on all floors and has radiant water heating. The high-fidelity sound system provides music in all rooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room distributed in two areas, one of them around the fireplace and the other in a separate high-quality kitchen with access to the dining room. On this floor there is also a bedroom, an office, and a guest toilet.
All rooms are completely open to the garden, which makes it a very bright house.
The second floor has two main bedrooms, each with large terraces with a beautiful and open view of the sea through the vegetation present in the area. Both bedrooms have their own dressing rooms and bathrooms, and one of them has a fireplace. The basement is the entertainment area, a great place to enjoy with friends. There is a spa room with a massage bench and sauna. Also a movie theater and a fantastic wine cellar. Also located in the basement is a private apartment with kitchen, bathroom and private entrance, ideal for staff or guests. Another room with its own bathroom completes this area, easily accessible via the elevator that connects all floors. The property has a garage for one car and parking space for two more cars. In the lush garden with fruit trees you can also enjoy a heated swimming pool."

We had a wonderful week. The villa was exactly what we needed loads of space for our whole family. The pool was fantastic as were the outside eating areas. Easy walking distance to the local supermarket and not too far to restaurants and bars. Great place to stay.
